War beyond statutory consultations to gain a nuanced understanding of its residents' wants and needs for its Council Plan. Their challenge was to effectively engage a large, geographically spread population across five boroughs to gather high-level feedback on community priorities. To address this, they turned to vendor Delib and their product, Citizen Space.

Delib’s Citizen Space provided an accessible online hub for engagement, which facilitated a high response rate of around 1,200 residents for the Council Plan survey. The platform’s ‘We Asked, You Said, We Did’ feature was instrumental in closing the feedback loop, clearly demonstrating how resident input shaped the final plan and fostering greater trust. This intelligent approach allowed Warwickshire County Council to deliver services that better reflected the community's needs.
