Delib's solution enabled the government to run a two-month public consultation, allowing residents to carefully deliberate on and submit their considered preferences. This process garnered over 4,500 responses from across the province, successfully capturing public priorities to inform the new sports plan. An executive director stated the platform was an outstanding resource that exceeded all expectations.
