Delib provided a mobile-friendly digital consultation solution that successfully captured over 30,000 online responses for the project. This made the Lower Thames Crossing consultation the largest ever for a UK road project, with over 47,000 participants in total. The feedback gathered directly informed the government's final decision on the location, route, and type of the new crossing.
