Transport for London (TfL) needed to consult with the public on a huge range of infrastructure topics. The organization chose to use Delib's Citizen Space to make these consultations more accessible and engaging and to improve its internal management processes.

The solution from Delib successfully transformed TfL's public engagement. It allowed them to reach more people than ever before, as evidenced by their consultation on removing cash payments from London buses, which generated a record 37,000 submissions. Delib's platform is now used for all of TfL's public consultations.
