Delib's solution enabled a highly successful exercise that gathered over 4,000 ideas and 16,000 comments in just one week. The Scottish Government promoted the Dialogue widely and used features like pre-moderation and a prompt asking "why is this idea important" to ensure high-quality, thoughtful discussions. The result was an effective best-practice example of crowdsourcing that provided valuable public insights for shaping policy.
