By implementing Delib's Dialogue, the Council gained a flexible tool to run numerous online challenges on topics from budgeting to the city's 2050 vision. The solution delivered results, generating hundreds of ideas and comments from a broader range of citizens and providing rounder, more useful feedback that was fed directly into the decision-making process. Delib’s platform successfully enabled the Council to better understand and engage with its citizens.
