Delib's solution provided an interactive map tool that allowed residents to drop pins directly onto a map to suggest new locations. This approach gave the council precise data and vastly improved the user experience. As a long-time user of Delib's Citizen Space platform, with over 300 activities run to date, Sutton Council was able to add a new dimension to its engagement, generating more specific feedback and better informing its decisions.
