Scottish Borders Council wanted to revitalize its consultation approach, as it was not achieving the desired level of public engagement. Delib implemented its Citizen Space platform to serve as the council's central consultation hub. The solution provided the necessary data compliance features and flexibility for both public and internal surveys. As a result, Scottish Borders Council has run hundreds of consultations since 2017, with specific projects receiving up to 301 responses. This has directly shaped strategy development and local projects, successfully closing the feedback loop with its communities.
