Delib implemented its Citizen Space platform, which provided a simple user interface for citizens to respond on any device and powerful backend features for the admin team to efficiently analyze both online and offline responses. The solution enabled Norfolk County Council to successfully run over 250 consultations, many receiving thousands of responses. This allowed the council to effectively engage a huge range of citizens and use their feedback to directly inform critical decisions on issues from council tax to elderly care.
