The New Zealand Ministry of Education, part of the New Zealand Government, sought to gather wide-ranging public feedback on the future of its national education system. Using Citizen Space from the vendor Delib, they initiated a major consultation titled the "Education Conversation" to engage citizens on topics from early learning to tertiary education.

Delib’s platform enabled the ministry to successfully conduct this large-scale public engagement. The consultation attracted over 16,000 participants for the NCEA Review alone, with a significant portion of responses coming from young people. This high level of input provided the government with valuable insights to inform its decisions and shape the future of the education system.
