National Assembly for Wales gathers dozens of public ideas with Delib

The National Assembly for Wales faced the challenge of gathering robust public evidence for its Scrutiny Committee on the future of agriculture and rural support following the UK's decision to leave the European Union. To assist with this process, the Assembly chose to open the conversation to the public online using Delib's Dialogue platform.

Delib implemented its Dialogue platform to create a collaborative, bilingual space for public input, which helped the Assembly collect dozens of ideas and comments from a geographically-diverse range of citizens. This evidence was aggregated with other sources and presented to the Climate Change, Environment and Rural Affairs Committee, directly assisting it in writing its report to underpin a new policy for Wales.
