Metro South Health, a major public health provider serving a diverse population across Brisbane's south side, faced the ongoing challenge of continuously improving its services to meet evolving community needs. Recognizing that formal consultation was not enough, they turned to vendor Delib and their product, Dialogue, to crowdsource practical ideas from the ground up.

Delib's Dialogue platform was used to host "ideas jams," which are open challenges for the public, patients, and health professionals to submit and rate ideas for service improvements. This approach generated nearly 100 detailed submissions per jam, creating a rich body of stakeholder insight. For Metro South Health, the result was a wealth of actionable feedback to make their health services more accessible, efficient, and effective for their communities.
