Using Delib's Citizen Space platform, Hackney Council ran a 12-week consultation that received 1,437 responses and over 5,500 comments. The use of AI analysis helped identify six key themes, which were used to directly modify the strategy's focus. This input from Delib's solution led to measurable results, including issues receiving between 74% and 91.5% support and the council deciding to fund a new period of deliberative engagement based on the findings.
