By implementing Delib's Citizen Space, Dublin City Council utilized features like embedded interactive maps, images, and video to make consultations on cycle routes and park refurbishments dynamic and easy-to-follow. The unlimited user licenses allowed the platform to be scaled across multiple departments. The result was a great improvement in the quality and quantity of consultations, creating a more pleasant and accessible experience for the public and stakeholders and establishing a standardized, organization-wide method for engagement.
