The city turned to its vendor, Delib, to use its Budget Simulator tool to gather resident input on where to make financial savings.

Using Delib's Budget Simulator, the City of Wichita was able to efficiently gather feedback from the community. The solution yielded a dramatic result: response rates more than doubled from the previous year to 3,165 participants. The tool captured a significant shift in public priorities, including an average 5% decrease in requested police funding, providing the city with crucial data during a period of national unrest.
