Bristol City Council gathers 316 citizen ideas with Delib

Bristol City Council faced the challenge of generating new ideas from its citizens to help save money, compete for the Bloomberg Challenge, and celebrate the city's status as European Green Capital. To achieve this, they turned to vendor Delib and used their product, Dialogue.

Delib's platform provided a structured online space called 'George's Ideas Lab' for public engagement. The solution generated significant results, including 316 ideas, over 1,300 comments, and 3,300 ratings. This input directly informed the city's Bloomberg Challenge entry and led to the Council using Delib's approach for further service development, such as redesigning the local library service.
