The solution implemented by Delfos Energy involved using its Prediction module for early fault detection and Neighbour Analysis to confirm the issue was isolated. This provided a 3-month lead time, allowing for strategic monitoring and a planned intervention. The results were a controlled bearing replacement and generator shaft grinding, avoiding a serious failure and limiting turbine downtime to just 9 days.
