Casemet, a Finnish and Estonian family-owned manufacturer of steel enclosures and electromechanical assemblies, sought to improve its production scheduling and overall delivery reliability. Their existing ERP system’s planning tools were insufficient for managing their complex manufacturing processes, leading them to seek a more advanced solution from vendor Delfoi.

Delfoi implemented its Delfoi Planner solution, which was successfully integrated with Casemet's ERP system. The new system provided a visual, real-time interface for scheduling, enabling Casemet to react faster to changes, optimize capacity, and reduce work in progress. This has significantly enhanced their production efficiency and reliability, allowing them to meet delivery times more consistently and providing a platform for future process development.
