delaware BeLux implemented the POL platform, built on SAP SuccessFactors, to provide a centralized and intuitive HR solution. This gave employees direct control over their data and offered new functionalities for recruitment, training, and performance management. The solution automated repetitive tasks through robotic process automation (RPA), improving efficiency and accuracy.
