delaware BeLux implemented an integrated Microsoft Business Intelligence solution, including SSRS, SSAS, a custom Excel plugin, and IBM Cognos Controller, with data sourced from Microsoft Dynamics AX. This gave DEME Group a single real-time version of the truth, automated consolidation and reporting, and reduced manual data entry by about a day per month per division. As a result, finance gained more time for control and analysis, enabling better analytics, forecasts, and faster business decisions.
