SBS Belgium, part of De Vijver Media, needed a clearer and more consistent view of advertising budgets and spending across its TV channels, but its existing setup suffered from poor data quality and inconsistent reporting. delaware BeLux stepped in to help improve the way SBS tracked and followed up on its advertising campaigns, using Microsoft SQL Server BI capabilities.

delaware BeLux implemented a new reporting tool integrated with the Mediapro ad-planning system and SBS’s revenue budgeting and forecasting tool. Through an online portal, around a dozen SBS employees now have access to consistent, high-quality data, and inconsistencies are identified immediately so issues can be traced quickly, helping SBS manage its business more effectively and serve customers better.
