delaware BeLux developed and rolled out an SAP-driven B2B e-commerce platform that provides customers with real-time data on prices, availability, and delivery times. This solution automated the ordering process, minimized errors, and connected directly to Recticel's SAP ERP system to coordinate production. The portal, which has broad internal and external support, has been successfully implemented in Belgium and the Netherlands, with a further rollout planned for other European countries.
