delaware BeLux built a fit-for-purpose online dashboard using Microsoft technology to deliver real-time equipment availability reporting, updated every fifteen minutes, and integrated the external reporting into TCR’s customer portal. The solution also displays the same insights on workshop screens for internal use, helping TCR monitor SLA compliance and prioritize maintenance; according to TCR, the approach delivered immediate value and paved the way for further analytics around profit and loss per unit and spare parts inventory.
