The company used Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement as the CRM foundation and wanted a mobile-friendly way to support its Building Products sales reps in daily customer interactions.
delaware BeLux developed a user-friendly mobile quotation app with profile-based defaults, filters, and guided steps that let reps move from customer, product, and volume to a price indication and quotation in just four clicks. The app also improved internal communication through notifications and integrated seamlessly with CRM, giving the team immediate access to information and data analytics. As a result, Bekaert saw a huge increase in digital quotations and stronger sales efficiency and customer satisfaction, with further opportunities identified for analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI.
