The app also improved internal communication through notifications and integrated seamlessly with CRM, giving the team immediate access to information and data analytics. As a result, Bekaert saw a huge increase in digital quotations and stronger sales efficiency and customer satisfaction, with further opportunities identified for analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI.
