Petrochem leader INEOS fosters digital collaboration with ShareBox

INEOS, a global petrochemical company with independent business units across North America, Europe and Asia, wanted to improve collaboration across its organization and overcome IT barriers created by its federated structure. delaware BeLux helped the company move beyond Lotus Notes by introducing Office 365 as part of a broader digital workplace strategy.

delaware BeLux implemented ShareBox alongside Office 365 to provide governed collaboration spaces, user self-service, and automated approval and archiving processes. The result was about 800 collaborative workspaces live after launch, fewer IT tickets and requests, and more disciplined space management; INEOS also plans to expand the rollout toward 20,000 users and upgrade to ShareBox 2.0.
