A delaware BeLux Case Study
Oesterbank, a Belgian sheltered workshop, needed a more flexible way to manage fast-changing shop floor operations while keeping complex jobs accessible to its workforce. To support just-in-time and sequential delivery for customers such as Daikin, it looked for a more user-friendly alternative to a traditional MES and chose 24Flow from delaware BeLux.
delaware BeLux implemented 24Flow as a modular, low-code operations platform, starting with a pilot on one production line at Oesterbank and delivering a first live version in a little over three months. The solution gave Oesterbank better configurability, clearer work instructions, and the ability to adapt quickly to schedule changes, with the added benefit that the team can later make small adjustments itself; the rollout is still in pilot, so no hard quantitative business impact was reported yet.
