Fluvius brings logistics management to the mobile era with SAP S/4HANA

Fluvius, a multi-utility network operator in Flanders, sought to modernize its logistics management to improve efficiency and usability for its technicians on the go. To achieve this, they partnered with delaware BeLux to implement a new solution based on SAP S/4HANA.

delaware BeLux implemented a customized SAP S/4HANA solution coupled with a Microsoft Azure-built mobile app. This allowed technicians to scan materials, manage stock, and process orders and returns directly from their mobile devices. The solution, developed with a strong focus on user experience through workshops, resulted in positive feedback from technicians who could now get to their jobs faster and easier.
