Fabory, a Dutch fastening specialist with a catalog of more than 430,000 items, needed a better way to manage customer-specific assortments in its webshop. After renewing its e-commerce platform, the company wanted to retire its old shop, reduce maintenance overhead, and help customers and procurement teams find and order the right products more easily. delaware BeLux provided the CX Assortment Management extension for SAP Commerce to address these needs.

delaware BeLux implemented the functionality as MyCatalogs in phases, including standard implementation, testing, customer feedback, and final knowledge transfer. The result was a unified webshop experience, the decommissioning of the old platform, and improved governance for complex procurement setups. Fabory reported that one client saved up to 150 hours of maintenance, and the feature became a decisive factor in several tenders.
