EMW Group (Earth Moving Worldwide) better equipped for the future

EMW Group, a world leader in earthmoving projects, needed a better way to manage its asset-heavy operations and reduce downtime across a machine park of around 250 machines. Working with delaware BeLux, the company moved away from Excel-based input sheets and disconnected databases and implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 to create a single digital platform for purchase, warehouse, workshop, finance, and operations.

delaware BeLux implemented the AX2012 solution to improve control over repair costs, maintenance, stock movements, and project budgets, while also simplifying management reporting. The result was faster access to project information, better financial visibility, and more efficient follow-up and analysis, with about 30 active users relying on the system in their day-to-day work.
