Animalcare Group, known in Belgium as Ecuphar, is a veterinary pharmaceutical and nutrition company that grew rapidly through acquisitions across Europe. Its aging SAP ECC environment and hardware could no longer keep up with the new business structure, so the company needed a more modern, scalable platform. delaware BeLux helped them plan the move to SAP S/4HANA on Microsoft Azure, with a focus on future growth, easier upgrades, and better integration with back-office tools.

delaware BeLux implemented a two-phase transformation: first migrating the SAP landscape to the cloud, then upgrading to SAP S/4HANA with features such as embedded consolidation, embedded analytics, and Fiori usability. The rollout was completed in about six months and reached nearly every Animalcare subsidiary, delivering a new digital core, improved efficiency, and a stronger foundation for mobile apps, process digitization, and continued simplification of custom applications.
