Demetris, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Group specializing in mortgage loans, wanted to digitize its internal collaboration and customer data processes. delaware BeLux implemented My D-Hub as a centralized online dashboard where employees and brokers can share, manage, and communicate on all mortgage loan documents from one place. The solution improved communication speed, gave brokers an instant overview of each case, and made collaboration more efficient. According to the case study, email traffic dropped significantly and case file management time was reduced by one third, while document uploads increased and the tool was well received by users.
