Deme introduces new digital platform to optimize business processes

DEME Group, a Belgian dredging and offshore company with a fleet of more than 100 modern vessels, wanted to keep improving efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across its operations. delaware BeLux helped implement a hybrid platform that can be used locally aboard vessels while also supporting other departments with digital tools for collaboration, process standardization, and centralized data for analytics. The solution improved employee communication during the COVID crisis, strengthened operational excellence, and became a cornerstone of DEME Group’s ongoing partnership with delaware BeLux as they continue to look for new opportunities to create business value.
