BMT Group streamlines its HR with a universal personnel database

BMT Group, a globally renowned gear manufacturer with five divisions around the world, wanted to make HR processes more uniform and easier to manage across the group. With delaware BeLux and SAP SuccessFactors, the company aimed to replace separate spreadsheets and software tools with a single, cloud-based way of working for its HR teams.

delaware BeLux implemented the I4HR project using SAP SuccessFactors, creating one universal HR database for BMT Group and linking it to key functions such as Employee Central, recruiting, compensation, and benefits. The result was more accurate and consistent HR data, streamlined and automated processes, better transparency and reporting, and a smoother change process for more than 5,000 users worldwide.
