Allnex more agile thanks to ‘state of the art’ ERP

Allnex, a global leader in coating resins with 35 production sites, 25 R&D centers, and about 4,000 employees, needed to modernize its aging SAP ERP system to support international expansion after integrating competitor Nuplex. The company worked with delaware BeLux on an SAP modernization project to standardize and optimize processes across its growing global operations.

delaware BeLux migrated Allnex’s production to a state-of-the-art SAP environment between October 2015 and June 2016, with Belgium as the pilot country and a rollout planned for five countries. The upgrade improved visibility into data, sped up product origin tracking and customs formalities, increased agility and compliance, and supported future acquisitions, directly impacting around 2,500 users.
