Alliander B.V. wanted to improve the way its procurement and sourcing teams accessed documentation in SAP. delaware Belgium implemented OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions to give users seamless access to unstructured content directly within SAP. The result was a single application where more than 100 users, including 60 in purchasing, could quickly find supplier and order documents, use the latest templates and terms, and reduce errors and compliance risks; the solution also positions Alliander B.V. to manage future smart meter rollout data and scale to hundreds or thousands more users.
