Agristo’s move to S/4HANA – a complete business transformation

Agristo, a potato processing company, faced the challenge of modernizing its administrative business processes. To drive this transformation, Agristo partnered with delaware BeLux to migrate from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and implement SAP Fiori, aiming to enhance user experience, increase process efficiency, and speed up internal app development.

delaware BeLux implemented its methodology through a series of workshops to inspire, discover, capture, and orient processes for transformation. The solution included migrating to S/4HANA and configuring SAP Fiori. The project was completed on time and on budget, resulting in a new IT ecosystem that streamlined core processes. This allowed Agristo to rapidly deploy new applications and use robotic process automation to cut out repetitive tasks, significantly optimizing its business operations.
