Using Delaget Guard, managers run weekly reports, coach employees with exact receipts, and track average-ticket outliers; as a result Poindexter and Son reduced food and paper costs, avoided unnecessary terminations, improved average ticket performance, and saw across-the-board store improvements that boosted the bottom line.
