The customer, 4Wings, required a flexible and platform-agnostic meeting room setup to facilitate professional hybrid meetings. Vendor DEKOM was engaged to provide a smart audiovisual solution.

DEKOM implemented a solution using best-in-class components, including Shure ceiling microphones, Poly cameras with automatic speaker tracking, i3 touchscreens, Samsung LED walls, and a Q-SYS control system. This integration resulted in an intuitive and technologically complex yet user-friendly environment. The solution provided 4Wings with six fully equipped, scalable meeting rooms that ensure a natural meeting experience for all participants and reinforce its standing as a premium business centre.
