IRONMAN Australia needed a reliable way to deliver live race coverage across a challenging mobile broadcast environment, with athletes moving through varied terrain and network coverage zones. To support the event’s production and live streaming needs, IRONMAN worked with Dejero and Next Up Digital, using Dejero’s EnGo mobile transmitter and WayPoint receiver to replace less reliable traditional broadcast methods.

Dejero’s Smart Blending Technology combined cellular, Wi‑Fi, and satellite connections to keep the live feed stable and high quality throughout the race. The solution helped IRONMAN overcome coverage issues with ease, supported more than 10 hours of live coverage, and contributed to the broadcast reaching over 1.5 million viewers on the first day.
