DePaul University faced a challenge in its Sports Sales class where the traditional on-site call center used for student training had a slow ramp-up time and relied on outdated technology. Seeking a 21st-century approach, Executive Director Dr. Rich Rocco wanted to partner with a technology vendor to provide students with easy-to-use sales enablement tools. The university selected vendor Koncert and its suite of dialers, including the Flow Dialer.
By implementing Koncert's solutions, students were able to become proficient after only a 30-minute tutorial, greatly enhancing usability and engagement. The vendor also provided exceptional support for setup and integration. The results were significant, with Koncert helping to drive a 17% increase in average sales performance. This was fueled by students making 41% more dials per hour, leading to more conversations and closed sales, and ultimately producing more job-ready graduates.
