A Definition Case Study
CrowdRating, a UK-based company that rates crowdfunding campaigns, needed to launch into a crowded market and quickly establish itself as a credible source for investors, crowd issuers and the media. The goal was to drive website traffic and grow its subscription base, and it turned to Definition for B2B PR support.
Definition created a three-pronged launch strategy covering media planning, target outlet and spokesperson selection, plus messaging and FAQs, then executed the launch with a press release and social media outreach. The campaign generated major coverage in the Financial Times, Daily Telegraph, Mail on Sunday, City AM and Forbes, reaching 98,423,200 people on launch day, driving a strong subscription boost, and delivering one registration per minute at launch.
