Indigo, the global parking management operator, needed a smarter way to improve safety and monitor abnormal situations across its large network of car parks. With hundreds of sites and dozens of cameras per location, Indigo faced the challenge of identifying threats, emergencies, and other unusual behaviors in real time without overwhelming remote operators. Deepomatic provided AI-powered video recognition to help address this need.
Deepomatic implemented an on-site video analysis solution that detects fraud and threats, camera occlusion, pedestrians and vehicles, and emergency situations such as people waving their arms or lying down. By processing data directly within Indigo’s infrastructure, the system delivered real-time alerts to the control room with fewer false positives, improving monitoring accuracy, productivity, and user safety while strengthening the sense of security in parking lots.
