The Azora Group calls on Deepki to collect its consumption data as part of a global ESG strategy

The Azora Group, a Spanish-based independent real estate asset manager, needed to centralize and automate consumption data collection as part of a group-wide ESG strategy and GRESB reporting process. To solve this, Azora Group engaged Deepki and adopted the Deepki Ready SaaS platform to aggregate data across 122 assets and 5,500+ meters spanning Spain, Italy, Portugal and Belgium.

Deepki combined the Ready platform with its Customer Success and ESG Advisory teams to provide automated, real-time monitoring, local regulatory expertise and regular advisory meetings. The Deepki solution streamlined Azora Group’s GRESB submission, reduced manual errors and staff time, and helped the group substantially cut water consumption, waste and CO2 emissions while improving ESG reporting.
