Advitam, owner of 91 GammVert stores, needed to cut energy use and carbon impact by 10% by 2020 and to easily track performance indicators across its portfolio. To meet this challenge Advitam turned to Deepki for its data-driven ESG and energy management services to centralize consumption data and automate reporting.

Deepki collected and automated building, activity and energy data, clustered and segmented stores, ran quarterly workshops with technical teams, and delivered tailored action plans and an automated monitoring dashboard. The work revealed €80,000 excl. tax/year of savings (more than two‑thirds already implemented), including €37,000/year from LED retrofits in seven stores and €25,500/year from 16 time‑control and temperature actions, while providing a global view of consumption and ongoing automatic reporting.
