Redo Sgr collaborates with Deepki to its GRESB submission with up to 50% improvement on the rating reportings

Redo Sgr, an Italian residential real estate company, wanted to integrate ESG criteria into its investments and decided to pursue a GRESB rating to measure and benchmark its sustainability performance. To support this effort, Redo worked with Deepki and its data collection and GRESB capabilities to improve visibility into energy use across its portfolio.

With Deepki’s support, Redo achieved 100% coverage of energy consumption across 24 monitored assets and improved its GRESB benchmark reports by about 50%. Deepki helped Redo integrate information, raise awareness around actions taken, and build the investor disclosure needed for the rating, resulting in up to a 50% improvement in GRESB reporting.
