Ream SGR, an Italian real estate and investment manager operating across healthcare, office, and residential assets, needed a better way to digitize data collection and improve visibility into energy performance, emissions, and climate-related risks. The company also wanted to strengthen its GRESB performance and reporting using the Deepki platform.

Deepki implemented its platform to centralize and digitize asset data collection, supporting GRESB reporting and the assessment of physical and transition climate risks. As a result, Ream SGR reported significant improvements in performance monitoring and its GRESB rating, while also gaining better insight into mitigation actions for climate risk exposure.
