NEINVER collaborates with Deepki to collect sustainability data for decarbonization strategy

NEINVER, a Spanish multinational and leading outlet operator across Europe, needed a reliable way to collect tenant energy and carbon data to drive its Building Tomorrow decarbonization roadmap and improve tenant collaboration on energy reduction. To address fragmented sources, cross‑country regulations and the complexity of private/common area data, NEINVER engaged Deepki and its SaaS data analytics platform (Deepki Ready).

Deepki implemented an automated, cloud‑based data collection and ETL/ELT system using scraping/parsing robots, APIs and data‑quality controls to create digital twins of 16 assets (650,000 m2 across multiple countries) without extra hardware. The Deepki platform enabled targeted energy-efficiency actions, real‑time traceability and time/resource savings, contributing to an 8% reduction in energy consumption across the portfolio from 2021–2023 (‑4.3% in 2023) and clearer, centralized sustainability reporting.
