La Française REM centralizes & monitors the energy consumption of its European portfolio with Deepki

La Française, a pan‑European real estate asset manager, needed to centralize and secure reliable energy consumption data to meet ESG commitments and regulatory requirements such as the EU Taxonomy and France’s Tertiary Decree. Facing disparate supplier systems across seven countries, the group selected Deepki in 2020 (using the Deepki Ready platform) so its teams could access real‑time, trustworthy data for reporting and operational decisions — a need championed by CDO Eric Bouvier.

Deepki implemented Deepki Ready to collect automated meter data via its global connectors, centralize it securely (ISO 27001), and present consumption in primary/final energy and CO2 metrics. As a result, La Française has 557 assets and 2.8M sqm monitored across seven countries, improved tenant data collection through contractor workflows, accelerated reporting for certifications and the Tertiary Decree, and moved toward its ≥70% data‑coverage target — all while reducing manual effort and errors thanks to Deepki.
