How DeepInspire helped OMEGA to improve user experience

DeepInspire worked with Omega, the first performance management application for Marketo, to improve the user experience of its product. Omega needed a clearer, more intuitive interface for users who logged in at different frequencies, with better dashboards, deeper chart exploration, improved data grouping, notification preferences, and helpful hints and tooltips.

DeepInspire used its UX Smart Start process to analyze the product, brainstorm solutions, create wireframes and a clickable InVision prototype, and refine key flows with Omega’s team. The result was a redesigned application experience with clearer dashboards, chart drill-down cues, combined chart/table interactions, and easier date-range selection; Omega reported that DeepInspire helped them completely redesign the application and deliver a world-class new user experience on a tight deadline.
