Case Study: Voice Biometrics achieves a scalable enterprise voice biometrics platform with DeepInspire

DeepInspire helped UK’s Biometric Authentication Company transform PoC into a large-scale enterprise solution

DeepInspire worked with Voice Biometrics, a UK-based biometric authentication company, to turn a proof of concept voice biometrics platform into a production-ready enterprise solution. The PoC could handle only tens of API requests and lacked a client-facing portal, scalable architecture, monitoring, deployment flow, and resilience for negative scenarios, making it difficult to support high-load enterprise usage.

DeepInspire re-architected the platform into separate business and computational clusters, moved machine learning into microservices, standardized and fully documented the REST API, added internal gRPC-based service communication, and built a customer portal plus an analytical service for real-time monitoring and reporting. DeepInspire also set up cloud-agnostic AWS infrastructure, auto-scaling, CI/CD, and automated QA, delivering a scalable, stable, maintainable platform ready for on-premises or cloud deployment and use by large enterprises.
